$10 off 2-3 week backfills ($10 will be deducted from original nail length. slight cut down will be included in backfill however, if you want to do a dramatic cut down there will be an extra charge. (if you cut your own nails at home; long nails to a short or medium nails to a mini...you will still be charged), when you do this you are typically cutting into or down to the apex of the nail which will require more file/drill work.​

Backfills past 3 weeks will be charged regular price.
Foreign backfills will be an additional $10. (I prefer not to work over other people work, I will not be able to stand behind or guarantee my own work).

Here at Pink.Pink.Nails LLC, you will receive ONE on ONE services. No other guest are allowed to attend with you to the appointment. Unless of course, if your child/minor is receiving a service, then you are required to accompany them.

At the time of booking there is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit fee of $10, this will be deducted from the total price of services. The booking system does charge taxes and a service fee. To avoid the extra fees, this payment can be sent through zelle.

If you are a new client and requesting a backfill, you will be charged addition $15, plus services (I prefer not to workover other people work due to I will not be able to ganuatee my work nor the products used).

If a soak off is required that is exactly what I will do, DO NOT ASK ME TO RIP YOUR NAIL EXTENSIONS OFF.

Furthermore, there is a $8 charge for polish removal, consistent (2-3wk) returning clients will not be charged this fee.

NOTE: clients are more than welcome to pre-pay for their requested services before the scheduled appointment, HOWEVER, I prefer that you only pay for your deposit and pay for the services at your appointment. If you still chose to prepay for your appointment ahead of your scheduled appointment, please be proceed with CAUTION. ONLY PRE-PAY IF YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE YOU WILL BE AT YOUR APPOINTMENT. OTHERWISE, if you cancel the appointment, no matter the reason, I will only give you 1 opportunity to reschedule the requested service. NO refund will be provided for any prepaid services.

ALL SALES AND SERVICES ARE FINAL. However, in good faith, in the event you have an issue with the product used for example; polish chipping, nail enhancement lifting, allergic reaction etc, you have 24hrs to inform me as well as, accept my earliest/ most convent appointment offered. At such time, I will do my best to resolve the issue. (NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED). NOTE: "IF YOU STRUGGLE WITH HORMONAL ISSUES/HEALTH ISSUES, I NEED TO KNOW", so that I can ensure you receive the correct steps in services provided. (Hormones-Diet-Health issues-Hands/nails for tools-Excessive exposure to water-etc, are key factors when receiving a service for nails,hand,feet and toes.

My hours do change, please feel free to text me if I do not answer your phone call. The hours listed on Google may be slightly different from the actual booking site.

You will have a 10 min. late grace period. After such your appointment will be canceled. Once your appointment is canceled, you will need to re-book with a new booking deposit. Please try to reach out to me prior to your appointment, to inform me of your eta. Please be courteous to the client after you, if you are late, then I'm late for my next appointment and or the time crunch will force me to rush on your services.

Appointments are required, with a $10 non-refundable booking fee, (booking site charges taxes and service fee). This fee can be sent through zelle if requested.

Phone call/Text message bookings, If payment (booking fee) is not received within 30 mins. of phone call/text message, the appointment will be canceled.

CASH PAYMENTS ARE PREFERRED, this does not pertain to your appointment deposit...
