Here at PINK.PINK.NAILS LLC POLICY/DISCLAIMER Pink.Pink.Nails LLC, you will receive ONE on ONE  services. No other guest are allowed to attend with you to the  appointment. Unless of course, if your child/minor is receiving a service, then you are required to accompany them.  HOWEVER, if you and your child are seeking services, and your child struggles with long wait times, it would be best to schedule separate appointments.Otherwise, I will not be able to guarantee my services. At the time of booking, you are required to leave a card on file.  If you are a new client and requesting a backfill, you will be charged addition $15, plus services (I prefer not to workover other people work due to I will not be able to ganuatee my work nor the products used). If a soak off is required that is exactly what I will do, DO NOT ASK ME TO RIP YOUR NAIL EXTENSIONS OFF. Furthermore, there is a $8 charge for polish removal, consistent (2-3wk) returning clients will not be charged this  fee. NOTE: Clients are more than welcome to pre-pay for their requested services before the scheduled appointment, HOWEVER, I prefer that you only pay for your deposit and pay for the services at your appointment. If you still choose to pre-pay for your appointment ahead of your appointment, please be proceed with CAUTION.  ONLY PRE-PAY IF YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE YOU WILL BE AT YOUR APPOINTMENT. OTHERWISE, if you cancel the appointment, no matter the reason, I will only give you 1 opportunity to reschedule for the requested service. NO refund will  be provided. ALL SALES AND SERVICES ARE FINAL. However, in good faith, in the event you have an issue with the product used, for example; polish chipping, nail enhancement lifting, allergic reaction etc, you have 24hrs to inform me as well as, accept my earliest/ most convent appointment offered. At such time, I will do my best to resolve the issue. (NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED). **"IF YOU STRUGGLE WITH HORMONAL ISSUES/HEALTH ISSUES, I NEED TO KNOW", so that I can ensure you receive the correct steps in services provided. (Hormones-Diet-Health issues-Hands/nails for tools-Excessive exposure to water-etc, are key factors when receiving a service for nails,hand,feet and toes.
